Guild Production is a theatrical production model in the medieval drama context, wherein religious plays were organized and financed by craft or trade guilds as part of civic religious festivals, particularly the Corpus Christi cycles, thereby distinguishing it from ecclesiastical or court-sponsored performances by its communal and vocational sponsorship.
