Green-lagrange Strain

Green-Lagrange Strain is a finite strain tensor in continuum mechanics that quantifies the deformation of a material relative to a reference configuration by accounting for both the displacement gradients and their nonlinear contributions, thereby distinguishing itself from infinitesimal strain measures through its invariance under rigid-body motions.
