Graph-based Side-chain Packing
Graph-Based Side-Chain Packing is a computational method in structural bioinformatics that uses graph theory to model and solve the combinatorial optimization problem of determining optimal side-chain conformations in proteins by representing rotameric states as nodes and steric compatibility as edges within a graph framework.
