Gestational Surrogacy

Gestational Surrogacy is a form of assisted reproductive arrangement in which a woman carries a pregnancy to term for intended parents, with the distinguishing characteristic that the child is not genetically related to the surrogate, as the embryo is typically created through in vitro fertilization using the gametes of the intended parents or donors.
