Full Pulpectomy

Full Pulpectomy is a dental endodontic procedure, belonging to the class of pulp therapy interventions, that involves the complete removal of infected or inflamed pulp tissue from both the coronal and root canals of a tooth affected by symptomatic irreversible pulpitis, distinguishable from partial pulpectomy by its thorough debridement of the entire pulpal space to eliminate pain and prevent apical periodontitis.
