Frontonasal Process Morphogenesis

Frontonasal Process Morphogenesis is a developmental biological process, within craniofacial embryology, that specifically governs the growth, patterning, and fusion of the frontonasal prominence to form the midline structures of the face, including the forehead, nasal bones, and primary palate, distinguished from other facial prominence morphogeneses by its anterior midline origin and neural crest cell-derived mesenchymal dynamics.
