Free-fall Collapse

Free-Fall Collapse is a theoretical model in astrophysics denoting the gravitational collapse of a pressureless, self-gravitating system in which the dynamics are dominated solely by gravity, resulting in a collapse timescale determined by the system’s initial density and unimpeded by pressure gradients, rotation, or magnetic fields.
