Framework Originalism

Framework Originalism is a constitutional interpretation methodology that belongs to the broader genus of originalist theories and is distinguished by its emphasis on reconstructing the original structural framework, institutional relationships, and systemic design of the Constitution as understood at the time of framing, rather than focusing solely on the original semantic meaning of its text.
