Found-space Performance

Found-Space Performance is a form of site-specific performance that stages theatrical or performance events in pre-existing, non-purpose-built spaces (such as streets, warehouses, or other everyday or disused sites), treating the given spatial, architectural, and social characteristics of those locations as integral to the work’s dramaturgy rather than as neutral backdrops.
