Forced Migration Geographies

Forced Migration Geographies is a scholarly framework within diaspora geographies that specifically analyzes the spatial, political, and socio-cultural dimensions of population displacements resulting from coercion, violence, or survival imperatives, thereby distinguishing itself from voluntary migration patterns by its emphasis on constraint, trauma, and structural injustice in the formation of transnational spaces.
