Fischer Carbene Complex is a transition metal carbene complex in which the carbene carbon is electrophilic and bonded to a low-oxidation-state transition metal center through a metal–carbon double bond, typically stabilized by π-donating substituents on the carbene and π-acceptor ligands on the metal.
