Finnis-sinclair Potentials

Finnis-Sinclair Potentials is an embedded-atom method-based interatomic potential model that incorporates a many-body electronic density contribution through a square-root dependence of the atomic energy on electron density, distinguishing it from pairwise additive potentials by explicitly accounting for local coordination effects in metallic systems.
