Finite Population Evolution
Finite Population Evolution is a theoretical framework in evolutionary game theory that models the stochastic dynamics of strategy change in populations of fixed, limited size, distinguishing it from infinite population models by incorporating genetic drift, demographic variability, and frequency-dependent selection arising from pairwise interactions among a finite number of individuals.
