Field Performance Monitoring

Field Performance Monitoring is a systematic observational process used in geotechnical and environmental engineering to evaluate the in-situ behavior, functionality, and long-term effectiveness of engineered systems such as geosynthetic barrier systems, geosynthetics in ground improvement, pavement recycling applications, permeable pavements, and permeable reactive barriers through continuous or periodic data collection and analysis under real-world conditions.
