Fiber Diffraction

Fiber Diffraction is a structural analysis technique within macromolecular crystallography that determines the three-dimensional arrangement of molecules in highly ordered, anisotropic fiber assemblies by interpreting the diffraction patterns produced when X-rays interact with the repetitive helical or polycrystalline architecture of fibrous materials.
