Ferroelectric Relaxation

Ferroelectric Relaxation is a dynamic process in ferroelectric ceramics characterized by the gradual, thermally activated reorientation of polar nanoregions in response to an external electric field, distinguishing it from classical ferroelectric switching by its frequency-dependent, non-hysteretic polarization response.
