Fact Pleading

Fact Pleading is a procedural pleading standard requiring that a plaintiff specify the material facts constituting the cause of action with sufficient particularity to inform the defendant of the factual basis of the claim, distinguishing it from notice pleading by mandating detailed factual averments rather than mere general allegations.
