Facade Reflection

Facade Reflection is a facade acoustics phenomenon wherein incident sound waves are redirected at the building envelope due to impedance mismatch between the outdoor propagation medium and the facade surface, characterized by the angular dependence of the reflected sound energy relative to the incident direction and the facade's geometric and material properties.
