F Layer Propagation

F Layer Propagation is a type of skywave propagation in ionospheric radio communication where high-frequency radio waves are refracted back to Earth primarily through the F region of the ionosphere, distinguished by its high electron density and altitude, enabling long-distance signal transmission especially during daylight and nighttime hours.
