Extraembryonic Ectoderm

Extraembryonic Ectoderm is a specialized layer of ectodermal tissue derived from the epiblast that lies outside the embryonic body and contributes to the formation of extraembryonic structures, particularly the chorion, by giving rise to the cytotrophoblast and syncytiotrophoblast layers during early placental development.
