Export Factoring
Export Factoring is a financial arrangement in which a firm transfers its accounts receivable from international sales to a third-party financial institution, known as a factor, which assumes responsibility for collecting the debts and provides immediate cash advances, thereby distinguishing itself from other export financing methods by combining credit protection, financing, and accounts receivable management.
