Epigenomic Alteration Sequencing is a genomic analysis methodology that identifies and characterizes heritable changes in gene expression and chromatin structure not caused by alterations in DNA sequence, through high-throughput sequencing of epigenetic marks such as DNA methylation, histone modifications, and nucleosome positioning across the genome.
