Epic Time is a conceptual framework within epic poetics that structures narrative temporality according to the expansive, non-linear, and mythic durations characteristic of epic literature, distinguishing it from historical or psychological models of time by prioritizing cosmic recurrence, ancestral memory, and divine intervention as organizing principles of temporal experience.
