About

Enterprise modeling is a research field, methodological approach, and academic concept concerned with creating explicit, abstract representations (models) of an enterprise's structure, processes, information systems, resources, goals, and environment. It investigates the complex interdependencies and dynamics within organizational systems from multiple perspectives, employing formal or semi-formal languages, to enable comprehensive understanding, analysis, design, communication, and strategic transformation of the enterprise.
