Endoscopic Nonlinear Microscopy
Endoscopic Nonlinear Microscopy is a specialized imaging technique within nonlinear optical microscopy that integrates miniaturized optical components into an endoscopic probe to enable in vivo, label-free, high-resolution visualization of biological tissues through intrinsic nonlinear optical contrasts such as two-photon excitation fluorescence, second harmonic generation, and coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering at depth within internal organs.
