About

Embodied cognition is a research paradigm and academic concept proposing that cognitive processes are deeply dependent upon the body's physical interactions with its environment. It investigates how sensory experiences, motor capabilities, and bodily states fundamentally shape and constitute thought, perception, memory, and other cognitive functions, challenging traditional views that treat cognition as purely abstract and disembodied computation.
