Electrokinetic Phenomena

Electrokinetic Phenomena is a class of interfacial transport processes in heterogeneous fluid systems that arise from the interaction between electric fields and the interfacial electrical double layer at charged surfaces, resulting in relative motion between fluid and dispersed phases and the generation of associated electrical potentials or currents.
