Eigenvalue Stability Analysis

Eigenvalue Stability Analysis is a mathematical method in the study of flow stability that determines the stability of a dynamical system by analyzing the eigenvalues of a linearized perturbation operator, where negative (or positive) real parts of the eigenvalues indicate decay (or growth) of disturbances, thereby distinguishing it from other stability approaches through its reliance on spectral properties of linear operators.
