Dynamic Vegetation Modeling

Dynamic Vegetation Modeling is a computational modeling framework within land surface modeling that explicitly simulates the temporal evolution of vegetation structure, composition, and physiological processes in response to environmental forcings and feedbacks, distinguishing it from static or prescribed vegetation representations by incorporating dynamic biosphere-atmosphere interactions.
