Dynamic Kinetic Resolution

Dynamic Kinetic Resolution is a chemoenzymatic method that integrates an enantioselective biocatalytic transformation with an in situ racemization process, thereby enabling the theoretical conversion of a racemic substrate into a single enantiomeric product with up to 100% yield and high stereoselectivity.
