Dual-water Model

The "Dual-Water Model" is a petrophysical resistivity interpretation method that belongs to the class of water saturation estimation models and specifically accounts for the distinct electrical behavior of both free water and clay-bound water in shaly sandstone formations, thereby improving the accuracy of water saturation calculations in the presence of clay minerals.
