Drug Premises

Drug Premises is a legal construct in environmental and public health law that refers to a property deemed a public nuisance per se due to the illegal manufacture, distribution, or use of controlled substances on its premises, thereby distinguishing it from other forms of property-based nuisances by its inherent illegality and automatic regulatory designation.
