Disability Exceptions

Disability Exceptions is a legal doctrine within the statutes of limitation framework that permits the tolling of prescribed time periods during which a plaintiff is legally incapacitated from bringing a claim due to mental or physical disability, thereby distinguishing it from other tolling provisions by specifically addressing the inability to exercise legal rights stemming from personal incapacity.
