Disability Classification Review

Disability Classification Review is a scholarly evaluation framework within the domain of rational basis review that systematically assesses the constitutionality and empirical justification of legal classifications based on disability, distinguishing it from other forms of suspect or quasi-suspect classification review by its focus on the legitimacy of governmental interests and the rational relationship between those interests and disability-based distinctions.
