Dicot Transformation
Dicot Transformation is a plant genetic engineering method that employs Agrobacterium-mediated DNA delivery specifically to introduce exogenous genes into dicotyledonous plants, distinguished from other plant transformation approaches by its host-range specificity and reliance on the natural DNA transfer mechanisms of Agrobacterium tumefaciens in dicots.
