Development Spaces
Development space is a topological space equipped with a countable collection of open covers, called a development, such that for each point and each neighborhood of the point, there exists a cover in the collection whose star at the point is contained in the neighborhood, thereby enabling the characterization of certain metrization properties through controlled approximations of separation.
