Developable Spaces

Developable Spaces is a topological space that admits a development, which is a countable collection of open covers such that for each point and each closed set not containing it, there exists a cover in the collection where no element contains both the point and a point of the closed set, thereby distinguishing it from general topological spaces by the existence of such a structured sequence enabling metrization.
