Deterministic Networking

Deterministic networking is a networking paradigm and research area focused on providing guaranteed, time-sensitive delivery of data packets with bounded latency, minimal jitter, and zero packet loss due to congestion. It investigates and defines mechanisms for precise timing, traffic isolation, and resource reservation to enable critical real-time applications across diverse network infrastructures requiring high reliability and predictability.
