Demographic Ethics
Demographic Ethics is a branch of Population Ethics that systematically evaluates the moral implications of population composition, structure, and dynamics—such as age distribution, fertility rates, migration patterns, and demographic transitions—thereby distinguishing itself from broader population-level ethical considerations by focusing specifically on the ethical dimensions of demographic change and distribution within societies.
