Delange Theorem

Delange Theorem is a fundamental result in the analytic theory of arithmetic functions that characterizes the asymptotic behavior of the mean values of multiplicative functions taking complex values, specifically establishing necessary and sufficient conditions for the convergence of their logarithmic means in terms of the convergence of associated series involving their values at prime powers.
