Decentralized Pharmacy Workflow

Decentralized Pharmacy Workflow is a pharmacy service delivery model in which medication preparation, distribution, and clinical activities are conducted at or near the point of patient care, thereby distinguishing it from centralized models by relocating key pharmaceutical functions from a central pharmacy to dispersed satellite units or clinical areas within the healthcare facility.
