Custodial Parenting

Custodial Parenting is a legal and social arrangement within single-parent families in which one parent is granted formal responsibility and authority by a court or mutual agreement to provide primary residence and daily care for the child, thereby distinguishing it from non-custodial parenting through the allocation of physical custody and associated decision-making rights.
