Ctcf-mediated Looping
CTCF-Mediated Looping is a molecular mechanism in chromatin architecture whereby the architectural protein CTCF facilitates the formation of stable DNA loops by binding to specific genomic sequences and recruiting cohesin to mediate long-range interactions that regulate gene expression and chromatin domain organization.
