Crystal Structure Refinement

Crystal Structure Refinement is a computational method in crystallography that iteratively adjusts atomic parameters within a proposed crystal structure model to minimize the discrepancy between observed diffraction data (from X-ray, neutron, or electron sources) and calculated structure factors, thereby improving the accuracy of the structural description.
