Cryosphere Feedbacks

Cryosphere Feedbacks is a geophysical process whereby changes in the extent and properties of Earth's frozen water components, such as ice sheets, snow cover, and permafrost, alter surface albedo, atmospheric circulation, and ocean dynamics, thereby amplifying or dampening climate change impacts within the Earth system.
