Core Dynamo Theory

Core Dynamo Theory is a geophysical theory that explains the generation and maintenance of the Earth's geomagnetic field through the motion of electrically conductive fluids in the outer core, where convective and rotational effects induce a self-sustaining magnetic field via magnetohydrodynamic processes.
