Contributor Attribution
Contributor Attribution is a scholarly practice within academic publishing that designates the formal acknowledgment of an individual’s intellectual contribution to a specific paper-level output such as a method, model, framework, theory, construct, dataset, task, or metric, thereby distinguishing it from general authorship by attributing credit at the level of discrete scholarly contributions.
