Contractual Acceptance

Contractual Acceptance is a legal concept denoting the intentional assent to the terms of a shrinkwrap agreement, typically manifested through the offeree's use of the product or software after having been given notice of the contractual terms, thereby distinguishing it from acceptance in face-to-face or negotiated contracts by its implicit and conduct-based nature.
