Continuing Trespass
Continuing Trespass is a form of trespass in which a wrongful physical intrusion upon, or interference with, another’s property or possessory rights persists over time or is repeatedly renewed, rather than occurring as a single isolated act, such that the unlawful condition is legally regarded as ongoing until it is abated.
