Context-dependent Codon Evolution
Context-Dependent Cod on Evolution is a theoretical framework in molecular evolution that models the substitution rates of codons as a function of their genomic and epistatic contexts, thereby distinguishing itself from traditional codon models by explicitly incorporating dependencies on neighboring nucleotides, structural features, or coevolving sites.
